About me
Liz Coll is a fitness professional who, after years of back pain and misery in a sedentary desk job, finally decided to pursue her lifelong passion. She is living the dream as a dedicated Personal Trainer helping clients to reach their health and fitness goals (plus she now gets to wear trackpants all day). A lifelong sportsperson and more recently a strongman competitor, she knows what it takes to reach peak performance and personal bests
